We are an annual exhibitor at the IDDBA tradeshow. Our business theme in 2016 was Washoku concept. Washoku is a traditional Japanese food culture comprised of four key features: Respect for diversity and fresh ingredients, well-balanced and healthy diets, food preparation inspired by the beauty of nature, and a close relationship with annual events.
‘Washoku’ was designated by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
The 2017 IDDBA tradeshow will be held in Anaheim, CA.
