IT Coordinator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for administering a wide range of critical IT department operational processes. These include, but are not limited to, procurement, service orders, invoice processing and general office and executive administrative support. The successful candidate will have attention to detail and drive to deliver excellence in every task. These are the principal characteristic of this position. The successful candidate will have an engaging and support oriented personality. This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position, with office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the procurement process; invoices, raising PO’s, and vendor relationship management
  • Obtain quotes from third party vendors for hardware, software and IT services
  • Maintain IT support documentation
  • Manage Smartsheet PMO Tool
  • Maintain ALL IT assets, warranties, licensing, contracts, and proper disposal
  • Process all IT invoices, including the allocation of charges to the appropriate cost centers
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member, taking minutes and notes
  • Independently interface across all levels staff and management.
  • As needed, assists with arranging travel, scheduling events, managing calendars, and processing expense reports for IT
  • Responsible for local office facilities management, including licenses, assets, contact information, and IT moves are maintained appropriately
  • Coordinating IT training and IT Projects
  • First point of contact for IT calls

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ Years work experience, preferably in an IT setting
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other common office software applications
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts
  • Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Adept at learning new technologies
  • Microsoft Office 365 – Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Energetic, dependable, adaptable individual
  • Strong problem solving, research, and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
