The AFC Sushi Bar Program pioneered the sushi category of the supermarket Home Meal Replacement ("HMR") program and it continues to lead the industry in diversity and selection of sushi.  Our recent addition of the Roll N' Wrap product line provides another healthy alternative meal selection to our clients' customers.

For selected locations, AFC can offer a premium menu of high quality, natural and fresh items, which places emphasis on consumers' rising concerns about health issues. The premium menu may include fresh tuna, high quality salmon, sweet shrimp, and fresh yellowtail, just to name a few. Enhancing this menu, we have the option to use organic brown rice that offers more nutrients and minerals than the traditional premium grade sushi rice.

With a fully trained chef present at the sushi bar everyday, our program provides a value-added service by allowing customers to place orders for party trays or request special orders. Our comprehensive program allows the supermarket to have the attraction of a sushi bar without the inconvenience of training, staffing, and managing the sushi bar.
